Difficulty explaining intuitive leaps
May dismiss sensory details as unimportant
Can become detached from present reality
Insights may feel infallible (but aren't always)
May struggle with open-ended exploration
The Grip: Ni Under Stress
Under extreme stress, Ni-dominants may fall into the grip of inferior Se, becoming impulsive, overindulgent in sensory experiences, or obsessed with external details.
The opposite of Introverted Intuition is Extraverted Intuition (Ne). While Ni focuses on perceiving information through intuition, Extraverted takes the opposite approach.
